Golden Valley Fatal Crash Involves Metro Transit Bus

Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding a fatal bus crash in Golden Valley that involved a Metro Transit bus.

The crash occurred this past Friday shortly before 8:30 a.m on Highway 55 at Schaper Road. Police say a car collided with the Metro Transit bus.

The driver of the car was pronounced dead at the scene. The Hennepin County Medical Examiner identified the driver as Jordan Faulkner, 25, from St. Louis Park.

Meanwhile, some passengers on the bus suffered minor injuries.
